Translation work for a translation agency

I don’t think we have spoken before, so first of all I will introduce myself. My name is Emily …. and, as you probably know, I have recently taken over the position of Translations Manger from Richard. I know from Richard that you have become a highly trusted and respected translator for our company over the years and I hope we can continue this relationship into the future.
